Acceptable Use Policy

Hostcat reserves the right to decide what constitutes as abuse and any material not mentioned below is left entirely up to the discretion of staff.

Abuse can include, but is not limited to the following offenses:

A) Any attempts to compromise a server or network device belonging to any company, individual or entity is prohibited.

B) Any attempts to disrupt a server or network device belonging to HostCat or any other company, individual or entity is prohibited.

C) The sending of unsolicited email, newsgroup postings, chain letters and/or anything else that could be considered SPAM is strictly prohibited.

D) The hosting of material that infrenges on any intelectual property right, copyright, and/or trademark is prohibited. This offense also includes the distrobution or storage of pirated media using HostCat services.

E) The hosting of material that is considered to be illegal in the United States of America is prohibited.

F) The hosting of material that may put the quality of services provided by HostCat is prohibited.

HostCat reserves the right to terminate and refuse service to anyone, for any or no reason at all. Violations may lead to a warning, temporary suspension, and/or termination.
